This year I feel that it is important to explore the conventions in our chosen genre even deeper, to find new ways to subvert and conform to them, making our piece new and original. To do this I want to focus more on the editing and camera work styles used in our genre, allowing use to explore more shot types and new editing techniques as last year I feel there was a lack of this and more focus was drawn to the mise-en-scene. Overall I think this will make our trailer more effective. However I think that it will be important to remember not to forget that this is a trailer and to keep the focus around that.
